Steve Barwick: George, I understand that today you’ll uncover four simple yet very powerful ways to maximize the energy-boosting benefits of D-Ribose dramatically. We’ll get to that in just a minute. But first, can you help us understand how D-Ribose helps people restore youthful energy levels – particularly people with age-related energy deficiency disorders or disease-induced energy deficiency disorders?

George Voss: Well, first of all, people with low energy disorders caused by diseases – like chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, Lyme disease, MS, lupus, AIDS, and many others – are actually exposed. To rob their vital energy by the disease process itself. George Voss: Well, aging is of course a natural process. However, even if we are very good at doing these things, we will inevitably suffer from low energy levels. As we get older. In large part, it is because as we age, digestion does not function well. George Voss: Based on my experience with clients over the past 10 years, I’d say that most healthy people who want to take D-Ribose for a little extra energy generally need to take one or two capsules daily by mouth – usually with a little the food. George Voss: Yes, absolutely. Here are four powerful ways to maximize the energy-boosting benefits of D-Ribose, without the need to increase your dose:

1.) Take it under the tongue. This means you should simply pour it from the capsule just under your tongue, then move it inside your mouth so that it covers your cheeks and gums. Do this for several minutes. This allows the body to absorb a lot of D-Ribose directly into the bloodstream through a rich network of veins located under the tongue, and in the cheeks and gums, thus bypassing the normal digestive process in which some D-Ribose is inevitably lost. D-Ribose is a type of carbohydrate, and it’s a complex form of sugar, so it tastes a little sweet, and for most people it’s not repulsive at all. This little trick alone will help greatly increase the effectiveness of D-Ribose when you take it.

2.) Another way to maximize the energy-boosting benefits of D-Ribose is to take it with a commercial formula hydrating fluid, such as Gatorade. Because Gatorade is specifically formulated to hydrate the body’s 7 trillion cells, blending 700 mg. D-Ribose capsules in a full glass before drinking them help attract D-Ribose directly into the cells very quickly, resulting in a significant increase in physical energy that cannot be achieved simply by taking D-Ribose with water or other liquids alone.
